The Last Half
Best sandwich ever out of things I've never particularly cared for: bitter greens, prosciutto, olive oil, fresh tomatoes... (baguette and fresh moz have always been <3 though) Thank god they let you eat in the Suffolk County Courthouse

You have no idea how long it takes to make red bean paste
Home made, dorm made, anyway :)
Might just use the extra glutinous rice flour to try making mochi, which is really the same concept, just unnecessarily exponentially more difficult

Happy V-Day, all!
(apologies to twang)
I love the "ha gao, siu mai" woman, even though the one at Hei La Moon doesn't shout in Cantonese. Helas.

And then we were two
as the two of you were away canoodling with your latin men and apparently not vampiric replacement-asian-girl-from-Middlebury, (!) twang and I enjoyed a lovely night and dessert at La Burdick's, which sounds more like a purveyor of fine lingerie than of ridiculously rich chocolate. The observant will note a decapitated dark chocolate mouse. Only its tail was left upon the table as we scurried back to Wellesley before the clock struck 1[1]

One of Beebe's toilets sometimes goes into a funk and just continuously flushes. I was thinking today that it would be sort of cool to pee into that one as a sort of poetic contribution of my own stale efforts into the larger and relentless torrent of society where my own mark quickly fades under the larger forces of the world. Plus, I wouldn't have to step on the flusher.
Hélas, the seat was predictably saturated and I didn't care to risk it for a poetic gesture.
